SEPTA is sometimes referred to as NCL reborn, they don't want any surface streetcar lines. Right now the Subway-Surface lines and the 15 are the only streetcar lines SEPTA has and 15 was put back due to City pressure, which is why SEPTA only sent 18 PCC cars to Brookville for rebuilding, which means if more than 3 cars are in the shops, buses take over. |
