The 11 St Cut is the point where the tracks from the 60 St Tunnel diverge over to the IND. It is at 11 St in LIC, Queens and I did walk it once from Qnsbro Plaza when I was a towerman. I counted the numbered streets from the plaza and there seemed to be a few street numbers missing along the way. |
