That sounds more like it was planned to allow more capacity that was anticipated once the 14th Street line was completed, not a physical track juncture. Otherwise, the line at the end, "in order that the third track and station facilities already provided by the Company may be utilized", does not make sense - adequate facilities for transfer of passengers would not render a modification intended for a track juncture useful.subfan |
