My plan actually has any connection to the 8th Avenue line be mainly for NON-REVENUE moves, as well as for G.O.'s and other emergency situations where 6th and/or 8th Avenue trains need to access the SAS and also for SPECIAL EVENT trains to/from Yankee Stadium on the SAS, which could carry a special "X" designation as an extra train just for such events. |
