I hope you're not counting tunnels that were actually carved out as part of previous SAS projects. My definition of a provision, more or less, is an allowance made in a current project for a future, but separate, project. Thus, the swerving and the trackways north of Grand St. count as provisions, but the trackways under Confucius don't count, since they came from an actual aborted SAS project, plus they weren't meant to connect to the Nassau St. loop.
