There is a neutra-rust chemical in a plastic bottle that you buy at auto parts stores. It does in fact stop the rust, turns the surface black after a day, then you use body filer to smooth the rough area over. I am sure there is a commercial grade of that stuff.All we can hope for is that they clean up the light fixtures and get new fluorescent light tubes. That will not break the bank. |
