They were premature in tearing down both 2nd and 3rd av els before the SAS was built.Imo, if anything, they should've built the SAS 1st instead of 6th av. At least 6th av there was the Path till 14th st. And there were 7th av and Broadway in Midtown that can handle 6th av. Basically, imo, the eastside could've used the SAS more. |
