The R has to run thru City Hall. I doubt terminating at Canal and getting people to walk that passageway to take the 6 will fly.City Hall should stay in service. As for the Transit museum, there's the Centre st platforms from Canal to Bowery that are unused and can use Bowery for the entrance. |
