Hence: rearranging the frequencies. If the F was reduced to 12 tph, that leaves more room for another service. Not saying it's a good idea one way or another, but it is possible. We could all play the wacky service planner game and shoehorn it in, but I doubt anyone could come up with a realistic proposal. |
