If Joe V is correct about the E/F split being 12 & 18 before Dec 2001, then isn't that exactly what the MTA did? It sounds to me like the MTA continued to run 18 tph out of 179th in Dec 2001, but made three of those trains E trains when they rerouted the F train into the 63rd St Tunnel. |
