No one said that a Saturday schedule was not appropriate. That is quite different than suspending the route altogether and replacing it with buses. It would only be justified if Washington's Birthday has the same number of workers as on a Saturday. Government offices and the banking and financial sectors were closed. Many other offices remained open. |
