You have to walk 1/2 mile from Sheepshesd Bay station to catch the B4. (and you pointed out this horrible service cut in the first place - - also it's ironic that you revisted this issue in the same story.)2. The B7 does not go to the F train, it ends at Coney Island Ave during daytime hours until 8 PM (and you live in Brooklyn, I presume). 3. You can also take the B8 or B35 to the F train. Better yet, you can avoid the shuttle bus AND regular bus completly by taking the Q to Prospect Park, then board the Frankie to Botanic Garden (for 2/3/4) or Franklin terminal (for the C - - A late nights) 4. The Q trackwork was cancalled the weekend of 2/11-13 (due to "The storm that never showed up" - - how do you think they are going to make up for lost time when you wanted to forego Presidents Day? They had work on other lines too and that is a necessity - - just what day do you really think is a good time to do this work? None outside of rush hours. They cannot use the weekend of March 3-4 as a make up date because the D will not be running between Manhattan and Brooklyn due to scheduled work. 5. Benches? How can you say they are "perfectly good" wooden benches then turn around and say they are selling benches with bedbugs - - take one home? |
