The trains are held there as they are the main gap stations to maintain the even spacing between trains as the trains can run ahead of schedule on the 1. Also during the rush hour the 1 runs a 5 min headway until 4-6pm where they run a 3 min headway, so during that time the 2 and 3 run a combined 2.5 min headway so it may seem like more trains when its really not.^^^^Yeah what He said....^^^^ |
