Actually:

My plan for the Franklin Shuttle would be to again rebuilt it, this time restoring it to two tracks, lengthening the platforms to 480 or 600 feet and making Franklin Avenue a through station for a connection to the Myrtle Avenue line that (would include a rebuild of the upper level station at Myrtle Avenue and run as a "Black V" on a new Myrtle-Brighton stretch to Coney Island (with a transfer to the G in the stretch that would connect the existing lines). This would allow the (Q) to be a full-time Brighton Express to Brighton Beach while the "Black V" and (B) would serve as the locals on the Brighton line to Coney Island. Such would be built to where it also allow the (Q) to when necessary access the Broadway-Brooklyn line to get to Manhattan (either via 6th Avenue or Nassau Street).
