What it means to all NYCT employees is that Obomacare will greatly reduce the quality of your health care insurance.

What that snake oil salesman called Oboma called "Cadalac" health care plans to try to imply the health plans for the rich are in actuality the health plans most Union workers fairly get in NYC(including myself). The unions got a temp exemption to make it look like it was the next president who reduced thier health insureance.

Changes have already occured with my GHI plan to reduce the costs.
Many TOP DOCTORS who get paid more than average docs have been dropped

In order to reach the cost reduction to get under the cadalac tax, health care services will need to resemble walk in clinics.

Instead of reducing the cost of health care, Oboma care is just a tax and then the government decide where to spend on healthcare. It is liberal big gov politics at it's worst with middle class transit worker taking the brunt of the punishment

It is purpose is to put the private insurers out of business so everyone is on a single payer medicaid type plan. Underpay the doctors, reduce competition. Reduce the quality of health care

Poor health care outcomes in the US are primarily the result of people not following doctors orders. A doctor can not help you if you refuse to stop smoking or if your are diabetic, following your diet. My cousin is a doctor at Brooklyn Hospital, he sees the same cast of diabetic patients in and out of the hospital that dont take thier medicine and eat what they please. These small group of people account for 80% of all health care costs. If you dont follow doctors orders, you should not be able to take free health care
