By lemon I mean it didn't deliver what it was supposed to. No Queens super express, no 2nd ave connection, and when it was a stub to 21st you'd often have empty cars on the 6 car R32 shuttle that was there during the late 90s. Until the connector to the Queens Blvd line, it was almost useless. |
