It's only Forest Glen who's beating the dead horse...Anyway those who actually have clear memories of the way it was during rush hour and called Queens Blvd their home would agree that this was an improvement. The 63st tunnel was a lemon, but sending the F via it was the only way to make lemonade out of it (sending a local there would not have had the necessary result of reducing the amount of track the high frequency E and F share). As far as the 480' train... I would agree if it was overcrowded during that time, but even the end cars still have some breathing room. |
