For the 6th Ave closure (Bet: 57th & w4), I would have:

A train: Normal late night service.

D Train: Bedford Park Blvd to WTC via 8th Ave Local.

E Train: Normal Service From Jamaica Center to West 4th Street then Rutgers and Culver to Coney Island.

F train: Normal Service in Queens, 63rd street, Broadway, 4th Ave and West End to Coney Island.

For 8th ave closure(Bet 59th & Jay):

A train: 6th Ave Local to Jay Street, Fulton St Local.

D Train: Normal Service.

E Train: 53rd Street, 6th Ave local to Church Ave. (Terminating at 2nd ave may cause A and F issues)

F train: Normal Service

If they need to limit switching of the Rutgers Cranberry switch at Jay street Then

Plan B:

A train: Normal service to 59th Street, 6th Ave Local to Jay Street, Fulton St Local.

D Train: Normal Service.

E Train: Jamaica Center - Coney Island Via Crosstown and Culver.

F train: Normal Service 179th St to Jay Street. Fulton Local to Euclid.

Plan C:

A train: Normal service to 59th Street, 6th Ave Local to Jay Street, Fulton St Local.

D Train: Normal Service.

E Train: Jamaica Center - 6th Ave Local via 63rd st to 2nd Ave.

F train: Jamaica 179th st to Coney island via Crosstown.
