If you've been following the MTA construction adventures, a few companies with contracts got nailed for various bits of fraud and then turned around, changed their name and became somebody else. Some primary contractors have also set up fake subsidiaries to up the costs of contracts let ... happens often and makes the papers.And terrortwad is an idiot. Heh. |
