There's a bunch of others in that boat. They've even been reported here recently, particularly the "fake subsidiary" thing within the last few months. And not just the subway contracts.

What "boat," being bought out? There's nothing fraudulent about that. I must have missed the fake subsidiary discussion, and a Google search of the site turns up nothing.
