I saw capital item for an R46 retrofit. That is for SI service, at least for 64 of them

Maybe the R-46 retrofit is for retirement of R-44SI and before the R-179 order is delivered.

If there are R-179's for SIR, something tells me it the SIR cars be at the end of the R-179 contract and the cars will be slightly different than their four borough cousins.
