I highly doubt that. Folks read in their spare time, just like you and me. Sometimes the info is picked up and acted upon, sometimes not. But there's no organized "let's comb Subtalk". If there is, then they are either doing a remarkably bad job and/or are purposely acting dumb for surveillance purposes. They'll need datamining tools to comb a site like this and I just don't think they have the business need (and anyway they're most likely not that good.)

What I can tell you, they do comb the e-mail traffic. That is an organized system where they scan for certain keywords, and if your e-mail is delayed, one possible reason is that it triggered some flag. Another possible reason is just generally crappy network connectivity, so you can never tell which ones they're reviewing then releasing.
