I know of Easton but IMO Allentown should be the control city. Followed by Harrisburg.Eastbound after Allentown they control city should be New York. At the local express fork at route 24 it should be New York on the express roadway and Newark on the local (it can include Newark before there as well). I know you can exit to Newark from the express but still. |
