Outside of the spilled coffee and drinks, most of these cases are:a) People with no regard for their surroundings (people get paid to clean up SEPTA after all) b) People with no regard for rules because they aren't supposed to be eating those types of things on the buses anyway. I do appreciate the fact that SEPTA adjusted their policy so that I can enjoy a covered beverage and a snack to keep me going on my 2.5 hr journey home (or when I am out and about exploring the city). |
