Amazon/Ebay would be fantastic. In fact, to chime in on this post, I recommend the Panasonic Lumix FH-20 (I think that's what it's called). It's pretty decent and you can find it for around $110 on Amazon.

Looking further, the FH1 can be had for less than $100 and it seems to be nice...only with 5x Optical Zoom, though.

Of course, if you don't have the money, NJT Morris Rider, just work with what you've got as you've been doing until you can do better.
