The steels had "GG LOCAL" on the side curtains the R-16s had "GG/ Bkln-Queens Local" on theirs. When I was a new C/R in 1966, I got a few runs on the 4 Av Lcl as it was called then and I remember seeing the R-16s out in Queens.
