TOTALLY IRRELEVANT. He signed a letter to the NYCLU that committed the MTA to abide by it. IF the MTA chooses to rescind its agreement with the NYCLU then they should state it. Agreements do not terminate simply because the individual who signed them is no longer employed.Continuing to harass photographers places the MTA in breach of that agreement. I don't have any particular desire to photograph the LIRR but I may be out there this summer to test the agreement and file a lawsuit if I am harassed! |
