It is very open to discussion, both have equal weight in incidents like this, and sadly both crafts suffer from having people who are misguided and misinformed, and the photography notice issued in 2006 by then MTA/MTA PD Chief of Department Kevin McConville was issued and posted at ALL the crew sign on locations, I myself seen it at Stamford, NH, GCT and Harmon, safe to say it did go out to the other locations as well. Problem is both crafts have people who do not bother to read it, thus things like this result. So to a degree it should be discussed, and maybe someday our crafts will wake up and read notices the company issues!! Maybe less people will get in trouble otherwise!! |
