World Trade Center on the E was ADA accessible 2003-2008 when it was connected to the temporary PATH station (ignoring pre-9/11 which doesn't count). Yet they were able to sever the accessibility for several years without replacement during that time. After all, if your argument is true, they could skimp on the WTC reconstruction such that the E station will never be accessible again. |
