Unless you work directly for a CPM design manager's group or at a construction manager's (Field) office you will most likely not know the scheduled date of (Expected) completion date, or beneficial use, with guesstimates as is typically the case from outside observers. This does not take into account punch list items that may need to be resolved by the contractor before transit accepts the job. |
