I didn't do the CA&E, did do NS. Rode to from Stony many times either sitting in the railfan seat or standing at the RFW starting summer 55 and for many summers thereafter. I did ride the Garfield on the surface. What a treat all that was for a kid from DC where we had only streetcars, no L or subway. Did you ride the IC Electric? |
