MTA cops are becoming just as absurd. A photographer reported on FLICKR that he received a summons for "obstructing governmental administration" for merely carrying a camera across the walkway of the Triboro Bridge.He probably refused to show images or answer questions which are both within his legal rights to do (4th and 5th amendments). It seems that some cops have a general disdain for the US Constitution that they swear to uphold |
