How about capacity sensors, like on new elevators. Anthing inside the space between the filler and the train, stops that individual gap filler. The conductor can not open until all gap fillers are closed, so if one is obstructed, no doors are openned. A flashing light on one of the poles near the gap filler will show which gap filler did not open fully. The conductor than can open the other half of the train and investigate. |
