I might consider that possibility if he wasn't so sarcastic about it.

Sarcasm does not necessarily have anything to do with being wrong or right. Your relating them is pure ignorance.

why can't you soften your tone online?

Explain to me why I should soften my tone when responding to an attack post?

diplomacy and sensitivity goes a long way to winning friends and respect

Um, when I'm responding to an attack post, I'm not looking to win friends or respect. So how is this relevant?

I am equally fed up with the crikey crap

Good! So are many others.

the unwarranted attacks on B&H just because some think you support the store,

Huh? The attacks are certainly unwarranted, but I don't think they have anything to do with me supporting the store, which I do, along with many other camera retailers.

and the antisemitic comments

How many of them have you called out the person on? I don't recall you being terribly vocal about them.

I also don't feel it is right to make fun of people with disabilities.

See my response to you yesterday, which you haven't responded to yet, IINM. But in short, I wasn't making fun of his disability - I was giving him back exactly what he was dishing out. You are being a hypocrite by criticizing me for giving it back to him but not criticizing him for dishing it out in the first place. You are also being a hypocrite by not criticizing the other guy who has been making fun of a disability for a couple weeks now.
