It has a lot to do with it - HOW something is said is just as important as what is said. Not in terms of right and wrong. Which is what I just said. And which is what we are discussing. Actually I'm not talking about your responses to attacks. Well then why the heck are you part of this thread? This thread exists only because North-Easten T/O got mad that I served him right back with what he dished out. He attacked me and I responded. This entire discussion has nothing to do with normal discourse between mutually respectful parties. You seem to be quite confused. If I read them I make a statement - unlike some people here I DO NOT read every post nor do I intend to start doing that. So you feel justified in providing your 2 cents without actually knowing the whole story? That's ridiculous. What gives you the right? Why do you think you are so important that your opinion should matter when you admittedly don't have all the facts and don't care to either? I saw it. Sometimes silence is a response! No, silence as part of a mutually respectful conversation means that you have nothing to reply with, i.e. you can't adequately refute the other side's points. At the same time, it also means you can't admit that you were wrong. |
