Makes no sense to focus on the national polls.I'd watch Florida, Ohio, and Virginia closely. Even NPR agrees and I've posted their stuff here all week. Fairfax VA, Hillsborough FL, and one or two counties in Ohio will ultimately decided the next President. |

I heard a Politico reporter being interviewed on WTOP say yesterday that VA's electoral votes will ultimately go to the winner. It is definitely a state to watch (the entire state, not just Fairfax, and Fairfax is probably less important than Prince William, Loudoun, and the Hampton Roads/Norfolk area). |

The demographics have changed so much in Fairfax in recent years, that it may be the county that makes the difference.I think that's why Fairfax is mentioned. Just like Lake County Indiana played a role in Obama winning that state. I won't be voting for any Democrats because I don't like the e-harmony lawsuit. |

They do the "include Rasmussen" on the main page but anyone that can math uses this one. Their polling methods have been demonstrated to be dishonest over the past five election cycles, and they juice the results until the final week when suddenly everything moves to reality. That said, anyone who takes ANY poll this far out deserves their butthurt. :) But them's the numbers as of last night. |

And I'll bet they got THOSE numbers completely wrong too. I actually thing the number would be higher than that if a pollster called most folks. The guy who runs electoral-vote is an American math geek who is working over in the Netherlands now. He's actually a republican-leaner but doesn't care about partisan stuff. But he sure DOES care about math and accuracy in statistics ... that's why he does the site. For any real political fans, check out his algorithms and detailed number-crunching. But Rasmussen has ZERO credibility with anyone in that business. Except for Rupert and Ailes of course ... they like fudged numbers and facts. :( |

It's why the DNC is in that state this year. |

Rupert owes him that much now that everybody else is ignoring him. :)And as to the site, you really should go there and read through it. He doesn't DO any polls. He only keeps all of the rest of them honest with his own database tracking ALL the various results. And like I said, anybody that takes any polls THIS early as gospel deserves their butthurt. But if you want to track ALL of the polls, that's where you can do it without being lead by the nose by ONE pollster. |
