I heard a Politico reporter being interviewed on WTOP say yesterday that VA's electoral votes will ultimately go to the winner. It is definitely a state to watch (the entire state, not just Fairfax, and Fairfax is probably less important than Prince William, Loudoun, and the Hampton Roads/Norfolk area).
