In commercial property, lots are included within the lease. That's how stores get to designate areas of the lot for a specific purpose, such as spaces for mothers with small children nearest to the cart kiosk so they need not leave their child out of view while grabbing a cart. |

No, it's your type of extremists that would key a car to prove a point if someone parked their Hemi pick up truck in the unenforceable "fuel efficient cars only" spot that liberals feel the need to impose on everyone.Do you have any actual evidence of an extremist liberal keying a Hemi pick up parked in a "fuel efficient vehicles only" space? |

It's a state right. New York also allows hybrids, etc in the HOV lanes. That's not the same as an unenforceable sign in a parking lot. It's not like handicapped spaces where there is law. I would be against said law if they tried it, as those people don't have a hardship that would need a closer/reserved spot. As for HOV lanes, it makes sense, as the lane is there as an incentive for people on the highway and relieving traffic. People in a parking lot have no such asset. As for the last two quotes, neither are relevant to this discussion. Saying that high gas prices are here to stay have nothing to do with parking spots, nor do said spots have anything to do with whether the industry will see growth. |

Saying that high gas prices are here to stay have nothing to do with parking spots, nor do said spots have anything to do with whether the industry will see growth. No, it has to do with his integrity as a candidate and as a human being. "Higher energy prices would encourage energy efficiency across the full array of American businesses and citizens...It would provide industries of all kinds with a predictable outlook for energy costs, allowing them to confidently invest in growth." - Mitt Romney in No Apology, 2010 "No one can guarantee what the price of oil is going to be, but what we can do is take advantage of what we know we have which is abundant energy resources in this country...we can determine whether we have an effect on those energy prices by having an abundant supply here. The president has done all of that wrong. It has got to change." - Mitt Romney on Fox News, 2012 |
