There should be a federal labor law: "actions taken which result in successfully saving someone from death, dismemberment or other serious debilitating injury cannot be punished by an employer". |

There should be a federal labor law: "actions taken which result in successfully saving someone from death, dismemberment or other serious debilitating injury cannot be punished by an employer".as long as such a law discharges the employer from any resulting liability, including workers comp if the employee becomes injured in the process. |
