No, people hiding behind rules and "not in my job description" to avoid helping someone out of a life threatening situation is why this country is going down the crapper. There should be a federal labor law: "actions taken which result in successfully saving someone from death, dismemberment or other serious debilitating injury cannot be punished by an employer". |
