My Dr. says that while your body is exchanging fat for muscle you don't lose weight and in fact because muscle is heavier you actually might gain a bit. We look to do about 600 calories or so during our daily routine. Add back 400 for lunch and we have a net loss of 1000 calories for the week. I can't do anything about the waist but the upper is getting larger. |
