I explained it right here: You are completely out of your element and you are not in the right frame of reference. What JayZeeBMT claimed in the original thread was completely wrong. He did need to apologize because he was completely wrong. |

Going back up the thread we can read: GWB banned stem-cell research here…Then read the difference between de facto and de jure and get back to me. |

How many NSF/NIH proposals have you seen/helped edit? How is that relevant? Criminalized has a definition and it means if you do it you go to prison. During the bush administration people who conducted stem cell research did not go to prison, therefore it was not banned. Harvard has a 30 billion dollar endowment they could have used it to pay for embryonic stem cell research if they wanted. |

You have no idea what you are talking about because you haven't seen the original thread. You don't know what JayZeeBMT claimed. You don't know how stupid he sounded/looked and how utterly wrong he was. |

But that's not the issue from the original thread. We are talking about old threads where JayZeeBMT was proven wrong and then he disappeared instead of admitting he was wrong and apologizing. |

That’s not relevant he inaccurately stated that all stem cell research was banned, even using your twisted definition of banned his claim that all stem cell research has criminalized was inaccurate. |
