How many NSF/NIH proposals have you seen/helped edit?How is that relevant? Criminalized has a definition and it means if you do it you go to prison. During the bush administration people who conducted stem cell research did not go to prison, therefore it was not banned. Harvard has a 30 billion dollar endowment they could have used it to pay for embryonic stem cell research if they wanted. |
