Pinellas county is almost entirely people from out of state. Majority of them being from NY and surrounding area. With there being more native NY'ers in Florida than in NY itself, the place didn't have a chance. Hence the county is a cesspool and has the only black separatist group south of Maryland.

Given the large jury pool, people should blame the losing side (in this case the prosecution) for either not proving their case, or picking a bad jury.
