Ah yes, typical Subchat....loose an argument, and then say, "Didn't realize it was important", to lessen the sting.

In Florida there's lots of Black women that do housekeeping. In other states there's plenty of white women doing housekeeping. I would have said the same thing no matter where this bill appeared and call it out on it's stupidity. Nothing to do with race. Although when people like SMAZ can't come up with anything better to say, they play the race card.

Exactly. They also should be banning stoves in restaurant kitchens too, after all, some worker may get steam in their eyes, and stoves can get hot and burn you. They should be using safer microwaves instead.

LOL, my 2nd job, seasonal, requires heavy physical labor. I work that job for 4 hours every day after my regular job, and my two days off each week for 12 hours. Don't f'in talk to me about what's "heavy physical labor", if you only know what I do to break my ass every week to make a living.
And my first job isn't a "financial" job.

No but I'm sure that in a 2 man operation like RM&M it's only safety that matters, right? Most large organizations put a very high premium on safety. My facility went 14 months without a lost time accident in 2009. And for the record, some pencil pushers came up through the ranks and earned their jobs

Absolutely but I've also dealt with a very "pro-active" union that often used safety and work rules to further other labor issues. One must be competent enough to know the difference.
