Driving while black was a big problem in the 90's in certain areas around LA. Not nearly as big a problem anymore. Of course in LA the news doesn't call it driving while black. They call it driving while black or brown. The brown part is ridiculous IMO. |

Most of the Americans of European descent have become so intermixed generation after generation that I have a hard time trying to track down anyone's ethnicity.
