Eve Plumb was kind of hot in the last season (1973-74) of The Brady Bunch. Maureen McCormack (Marcia Brady) wrote a book a few years ago. The pre-release spin hinted strongly that McCormack was going to expose a very steamy lesbian affair between her and Eve Plumb.There was nothing of the sort in the book, unfortunately. It may have all been hype or maybe Plumb's lawyers got involved. Probably hype. The Hillary resemblance is very funny. |

Mila Kunis is pretty, but she's scrawny, small and has an annoying, high pitched voice. Laura Prepon loses some ground now that she's blond (yuck). |

Everyone ridicules The Brady Bunch and yet it's been in reruns forever, and we all watch it occasionally. Admit it.It was unreal even in it's time. The dad was an architect who was rarely at his office, but they had a live in maid and at least two cars. But only one bathroom. I forget, did the town they lived in have a name? McCormack and Plumb were both very pretty "California Girls". I think the shows filmed in Hawaii were everyon'e favorite. We got to see Jan and Marcia in bikinis. Quite a treat in the mid-1970s. McCormack was in a few first-season "Happy Days" episodes. |

The world was falling down around them, yet every week people could escape reality, and the biggest problem was who was Cindy's secret admirer.And yes, while corny, the show is still watchable today. It was probably the last "innocent" show that began with "I Love Lucy", which began the sitcom era of "innocence". If you think back, the biggest problem Lucy every had was getting stuck on the subway with a loving cup..... And as for Marsha.....she made me crazy already as a pre-pubescent boy! |
