One time even chicken doesn't taste like chicken. :)

Probably one thing I'd have to get for the microwave would be
some crisping foil wrap.
Whatever it is that Hot Pockets are wrapped in
or mircowave popcorn has on the downside of the bag.

i agree. you can eat the healthiest foods in the world, and not lose weight, if you eat big portions and aren't active.

today i had tempeh, which is a popular vegan meat substitute, and something obama would've had regularly in jakarta. tempeh is really good and meaty, and packs 48 grams of protein in 8oz.

While diet and activity have something to do with it, it's also genetics. I am not the healtiest eater, but I was blessed with a good metabolism, so never had a problem with weight.
I try to eat healthier as I get older, but I am still lucky at the same time.

well, most people can't afford to eat steak daily, or even weekly. good steak anyway. tempeh is great in a stir-fry with a little bit of soy sauce and veggies.

steak is being touted as a weight loss food these days.
