I am not the healtiest eater, but I was blessed with a good metabolism, so never had a problem with weight. I try to eat healthier as I get older, but I am still lucky at the same time. today i had tempeh, which is a popular vegan meat substitute, and something obama would've had regularly in jakarta. tempeh is really good and meaty, and packs 48 grams of protein in 8oz. I'll pass, I'll eat my steak instead. |
