And actually, it's BECAUSE of the city as a whole coming back since the 70's that the areas mentioned (as well as others) have afforded such a nice revitalization too....it's the supply and demand thing too. |

Most fast food places have the napkins, ketchup packets, salt, pepper packets, forks and knives, etc at a self serve station, where the self serve drinks usually are. That's not usually the case in NYC fast food establishments where you have to ask for aforementioned. |
